Great -- a better shower than you expect
My husband and I lived on a cruising sailboat for 6 years and used a SunShower exclusively for 6+ months a year. They were great! We really could get a decent shower with it (we used one bag of water for the two of us) including both of us washing long hair.
Several notes:
In the tropics, be careful that the water does not get so hot that you scald yourself.
With time, the plastic hose may work itself loose from the bag, or the nozzle from the house. A little silicone sealant worked wonders.
One of these would last about 6 months in the tropical sun.
If placing the bag on a rough surface to heat, put a towel or something under it so that it won't wear through too fast as you pick it up and put it down every day.
Don't hang this to heat if you intend to use it every day -- the weight will tear the top hanger off if used all the time. We laid it flat to warm up, then hung it just long enough to shower.

Great product
This shower works great. It heats up quick and is very well constructed. Heavy duty for years of service. I bought two and only used one camping at Cumberland Island this year and will not go again without them. 2009-09-19

Works great!
Used this portable shower at the beach this past weekend and it was great. It's nice to be able to go home at the end of the day without being totally covered in sand. Only comment is that the hose for the shower is really short. We had a privacy shelter right next to our vehicle and had the shower on top of our vehicle because it is very heavy when full, but the hose wasn't long enough to reach the shelter. We made due this past weekend with a little bit of ingenuity, but we will be going to the local hardware store to purchase some longer hose. 2009-08-03

Great Product
This works very well. Made of good materials, it has held up very well. Depending on ambient temperature, it heats fairly quickly. On an average 60 - 70 degree sunny day, just put it out in the morning and in a couple of hours you have enough hot water for a couple of showers and a round of dishes. Of course, colder or cloudy days it takes longer and won't get more than lukewarm. I'm very happy with this purchase. 2009-01-20

Great gift
This was a great gift idea and was very well received at the Birthday party it was presented. Simple, sustainable and so fun. 2008-09-12
